Hey…

What are you looking up here for?

My Future

My future is:

  • I’m going to search for buried treasure and gold.
  • I’m going to be an archaeologist.
  • I’m going to be a science teacher.
  • I’m going to be a scientist.
  • I’m going to be a builder.
  • I’m going to have kids.

By the way, that picture 3.5 years old.

My Fishing Trip

Yesterday was my Cub Scout fishing trip. I went with Dad.

I woke up at 6:00 in the morning to get ready!

My bait was clams.

I was on a boat on the ocean.

I put the bait on the hook. Then we threw the fishing line in the water.

Then we waited. That’s how you go fishing. Some people caught crabs in the beginning.

It was hard to catch fish.

But by the end I had caught 5 fish. They were baby sea bass.

I ate a lot of Munchkins which are little donuts. You can see some on your face.

It was fun.

Charlie And The Chocolate Factory

It was about a boy who loved chocolate named, obviously, Charlie.

In the wrapper of a Wonka bar, he saw a brilliant flash of gold.

It was a golden ticket.

He had won a tour of the Wonka chocolate factory.

He was so excited.

Actually, there were 5 kids who had won golden tickets.

But now there was another contest.

Mr. Wonka was old couldn’t take care of the factory anymore.

So he was going to give the whole factory to the kid who was the best listener.

All the other kids didn’t listen to Mr. Wonka, and got in trouble.

So Charlie won and was given the whole factory.

A Wimpy Kid

This is a series that I’m reading.

The first one is a movie, but the rest of them are not.

I might see the movie.

But I will have to be good.

I know every movie has a villain.

Well, the the villain isn’t a person.

In this movie, the villain is actually a dairy product.

Summer Camp

Yesterday it was my first day of camp.

The school bus came to pick me up.

The ride was very long and I made a new friend named Tyler who sat right next to me.

I was part of the yellow tag group.

And I was on the the green table.

And I made a windmill for a craft.

New Computer

Me and my sister have a new Dell computer. It cost $635.

First to get all the folders on this computer from my dad’s old computer, we had to use this thing called the data key.

After we did that, my dad set up me on a website called time4learning. It costs $20/month.

I already finished the first science unit and I also finished the 4th grade money unit.

Our computer has a webcam and we use it to Skype our relatives.

Now I can go on my computer whenever I want.

Moving

I was born in North Carolina.

When I was 8 months old I moved to Massachusetts.

2 years later, I moved to a different house in Massachusetts.

We stayed there for almost 3 years.

But last month we moved to New York.

I will miss my friends from Boston (see above), but I will make new friends down here. Plus I have my cousins close by in New York.

Church This Weekend

2 days ago it was one my cousins’ confirmation.

A sacrament in which the Holy Ghost is given to those already baptized in order to make them strong and perfect Christians and soldiers of Jesus Christ.

I went there with my cousins, uncles, mom, my sister and one of my aunts.

I nearly fell asleep.

Free Willy

The other day I watched Free Willy.

It was about a killer whale/orca who was caught and put in an aquarium.

But the whale was sad because he wasn’t in his home, the ocean.

A boy named Jesse loved him so much.

He got some help and made a secret plan to set the whale free.

My First Mountain

On Monday we climbed up Mt. Wachusett.

I went with my grandfather, my dad, and my sister.

We were going to drive up but the road was closed.

So we started up the trail instead.

My dad didn’t think that we would make it to the top but we did.

I was the leader.

I fell two times and hurt my knee.

My sister fell three times.

My grandpa was the slowest hiker.

Mt. Wachusett is 1,000 feet tall.

Ben Franklin

This week I read about Ben Franklin on my audio books. He discovered electricity he seemed pretty cool!
He also built a miniature tower.

Educate your children to self-control, to the habit of holding passion and prejudice and evil tendencies subject to an upright and reasoning will, and you have done much to abolish misery from their future and crimes from society.
Quote by Benjamin Franklin

Bananagrams Letters

I made another graph yesterday.

I took all the Bananagrams tiles and counted how many there were of each letter.

We knew that we were missing one.

And we found out that it was an “E” because we only had 17 – instead of 18.

Quarters

I filled out most of the map.

But I still need Mississippi, District of Columbia, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, New Mexico, Wyoming, Kansas, and Nevada for my state quarter collection.
